Image enhancer
In short: Sharpen a soft photo, add contrast or smooth noise with sliders, then compare before and after.
Three sliders: sharpen the edges, lift the contrast, calm the noise — and see the result before downloading.

The enhanced preview appears here.
Enhancement is not magic: sharpening exaggerates edges that exist, contrast stretches the tones, and gentle smoothing hides grain. This page applies those three operations locally so you can see the trade-offs before saving a copy. It does not invent detail and does not use AI upscaling.
How to use it
Step 1. Drop a photo
Step 2. Move the sliders until it looks right
Step 3. Download the enhanced copy
Questions
- Does it add detail?
- No. Sharpening increases edge contrast; it cannot recover detail the camera did not capture. Use the upscaler page only for enlarging, not for rescuing a soft photo.
- Why does a high sharpen look grainy?
- Sharpening amplifies noise as well as edges. Add a little denoise, or lower the amount.
- Is my photo uploaded?
- No — everything runs on a canvas in your browser.
