Invert a photo like film: colours flip, transparency stays, and you download a PNG in one click.
Pick a file to start.
The inverted preview appears here.
A negative inverts every colour channel: white becomes black, red becomes cyan. Photographers use it for scan inspection and creative edits, and it is the fastest way to make a dark UI asset from a light one.
How to use it
Step 1. Drop a photo
Step 2. Check the inverted preview
Step 3. Download as PNG (transparency kept) or JPG
Questions
- Is this the same as a film negative?
- Visually yes: every channel is inverted. Film also flips the orange mask, which editing software handles separately.
- Does it keep transparency?
- Yes — alpha is untouched, which is why PNG is the default output.
- Is my photo uploaded?
- No. The inversion runs in your browser.
